Waste recycling of the latest generation

For the first time, ECOCYCLING now provides us with a completely safe process which neutralises waste and returns waste to product and economic cycles as a valuable, hazard-free raw material.

Slowly, there is a tendency for waste to become a valuable raw material which possibilities of reasonable use should be developed. However, the waste disposal methods used today, such as incineration or landfilling, do not make use of these raw material ideas and lead to a not inconsiderable environmental risk due to the resulting by-products such as waste gases, slags or leachate water, not to mention the poor acceptance among the population. Only the sorting shows the partial use of the resources of the waste.

Creating valuable raw materials from waste, that is, combining ecological usefulness with economic dynamism – this is the new and exciting concept of ECOCYCLING.

The ECOCYCLING process is the first working process to convert sorted or unsorted waste into salable products. This process makes it possible to completely replace landfilling and incineration and to process the waste almost completely without damaging by-products at relatively low investment and operating costs.

HOW DOES ECOCYCLING WORK?

null

The Ecocycling Process

The following is a simplified view of the phases in which the process runs. The process requires no external energy supply. It takes place at local, atmospheric pressure conditions. The energy required for the process comes from the reactive elements of the supplements and from the waste itself.

null

Material input

If necessary the material is pre-shredded to 300×300 mm and then fed as a mass flow. Sludge is fed separately, depending on the need for treatment.

null

Shredding

The material is reduced to a grain size of < 2mm. Metals are automatically removed and later sold.

null

Mixing & Homogenisation

Homogenisation stage. The climate required for the desired reactions is set. The monitoring and control technology ensures optimal raw material results at all times. Optimizations of the homogenization process are obtained in the post-metering stage.

null

Raw material storage

Depending on the quantity and capacity for transport, the new raw materials are stored.

null

Control of all processes

Through the Ecocycling process control, every single process is continuously monitored from the task to the finished raw material. In the case of deviations, the Ecocycling process control system fully automates, for a constant raw material result.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES?

The Ecocycling process developed by the company Xproducts Deutschland GmbH is completely new. The decisive advantages of the ecocooling process against all currently known waste recycling processes are briefly summarized here:

null

The process functions with sorted and with unsorted types of waste and/or sludge.

null

From the waste a new product is produced in the process

null

The environmental hazard potential present in the waste is generally completely eliminated

null

The investment costs are very far below those of, for example, incineration

null

In the process, neither waste gases, nor waste water, nor residues, which have to be disposed of

null

The technique used is simple and very maintenance-friendly with a commercially viable product at the end
