Section 2 Right of access and withdrawal
(1) You have the right to request at any time information on your personal data saved by us, its origin, recipients or recipient categories to whom this data is passed as well as the purpose of the storage.
(2) If you have granted your consent to the use of data, this can be withdrawn at any time.
(3) Please send any information requests, queries or objections with regard to data processing via e-mail to info@xprds.de or to the address specified under sect. 1 par. (2).

Section 3 Data security
We use current technical measures to guarantee data security and, in particular, to protect your personal data against dangers when transferring data as well as against disclosure to third parties. These are adjusted to the current state-of-the-art.

Section 4 Collection of personal data for informational use
(1) If you visit the website for information purposes only and do not logon/register to the website or send us any other information, we will not collect any personal data with the exception of data your browser transmits to enable your visit to the website. This data includes:

Section 5 Use of functions of our website
(1) Apart from the purely informational use of our website, we offer different services that you can use if you are interested. To this end, you need to specify further personal data we use for the provision of the corresponding service. If additional voluntary specifications are possible, these are correspondingly marked.1
(2) If you contact the service provider via e-mail or via the contact form, your e-mail address and, if specified by you, your name and phone number will be stored by us to answer your questions.

Section 8 Server log files
Server log files are anonymized data that is entered during your logon to our Web page. This information does not allow to draw conclusions on your person. Yet, for technical reasons, it is indispensable for the delivery and display of our contents. It is also used for our statistics and continued optimization of our contents. Typical log files are access date and time, dataset, the browser used for the access and its version, the operating system used, the domain name of the provider commissioned by you, the website from which you are visiting us (referrer URL) and your IP address. Furthermore, log files allow proper scrutiny on the suspicion of illegal use of our website.

Section 9 Google AdWords
On our Web page, we use Google AdWords, an online advertising program by Google Inc., which also includes conversion tracking. Google AdWords uses this tool to set a cookie on your PC if you visit our Web page via Google ad. After 30 days, the cookie is no longer valid. It is not used for personal traceability. If you visit our Web page as a user and the cookie is still activated, it becomes evident to us and Google that you have clicked the corresponding ad and have been taken to our site. Every Google AdWords customer is given an individual cookie. As a result, cookies cannot be traced via the Web pages of AdWords customers. The data collected via conversion cookies is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers. As customers, we learn the total number of the users who responded to our ad and were taken to our Web page which was given a conversion tracking tag. We do not get any information by which we could identify you personally as a user. If you reject the tracking procedure, the cookie of the Google conversion tracking can be deactivated via your Internet browser. Section 10 Use of Google Analytics
On our Web page, we use the Google Analytics Web analysis service by Google Inc, which uses cookies. These are text files. Once stored on your PC, they allow an analysis concerning your user behavior with regard to our Web page. The cookies create information that is transferred to a Google server. Generally, these servers are located in the USA. However, they comply with agreements on the use of the European economic area and shorten their IP addresses prior to data transfers to the United States of America. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be shortened after data transfers to the USA. Google analyzes the transferred information and renders further services for us Web page providers in this context. The determined IP address is not combined with other Google services. You can suppress the storage of cookies on your computer by changing your browser settings. However, this may lead to display and functional restrictions when using our Web page. Section 11 Google Maps plug-in
On our Web page, we use a plug-in of the Google Maps Internet service. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc. located in the USA, CA 94043, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View. If you use Google Maps on our Web page, information on the use of this Web page and your IP address will be sent to a Google server located in the USA and stored on this server. We know nothing about the exact contents of the transferred data or how it is used by Google. In this context, the company denies the combination of data with information from other Google services and the entry of personal data. However, Google may transmit information to third parties. By deactivating Javascript in your browser, you avoid the execution of Google Maps. This, however, also means that you cannot use the map screens on our Web page. When using our Web page, you agree with the described entry and processing of information by Google Inc.
