Who we are and what motivates us

Xproducts is an international company based in Würzburg, Germany.

Vision

Waste is increasingly threatening our natural resources. We want to change this. Our vision is: zero waste.

Core competencies

Our core competence is the development of modern waste recycling processes which meet the strictest ecological and economic requirements. In this context we cooperate closely with a number of renowned universities, institutes and laboratories. How ECOCYCLING works

Five stages from waste to raw material

The process requires no external energy supply. It takes place at local, atmospheric pressure conditions.

Stage 01

Sorting & material input

If necessary, the material is pre-shredded to 300 × 300 mm and then fed as a mass flow. Sludge is fed separately, depending on the need for treatment.

Shredding: The material is reduced to a grain size of < 2 mm by the cross-flow shredder. Metals are automatically removed and later sold.
Mixing & homogenisation: Homogenisation stage. The climate required for the desired reactions is set. The monitoring and control technology ensures optimal raw material results at all times. The homogenisation is further optimised in the post-dosing stage.
Raw material storage: Depending on the quantity and capacity for onward transport, the new raw materials are stored.
Monitoring & control: The ECOCYCLING process control continuously monitors every single process from input to finished raw material. In case of deviations it readjusts fully automatically – for a consistent raw material result.
