Cross-flow shredder QSZ
The Xproducts Deutschland GmbH cross-flow shredder is a robust, maintenance-optimised and cost-efficient system for the continuous shredding of various material flows (e.g. GRP/CFRP, contaminated metal, household waste, refuse-derived fuel, composite materials, industrial waste).
The special feature of the machine is the targeted treatment of the material flows according to the requirements of the target application. Based on unique physical processes, it separates materials with different specific densities and is robust against impurities such as metals or minerals.
A further benefit is the avoidance of 3D parts after treatment, which is particularly important for high-quality RDF production. The system shreds the input in one step to a grain size determined by the variable screens in the body. Due to the grinding effect of the different materials on each other, efficiency is greatly increased and wear significantly reduced.
Mobile cross-flow shredder mQSZ
The mobile cross-flow shredder designed by Xproducts Deutschland GmbH is an extremely robust shredding unit for the continuous grinding of various types of input material, from general waste to electronic scrap. The machine is built to minimise wear costs and maximise flexibility in grinding. Where metal or stones in the input cause high maintenance costs in conventional shredders, this machine easily withstands them without harm to the grinding tools.
Built-in screens define the particle size of the output; a simple change of screens results in a different particle size tailored to the customer’s needs. The system is fitted into a container frame with an integrated feeding hopper and a buffer to release a constant, homogeneous material flow.
The mQSZ is mobile and thus quickly set up or relocated. It is not just a component but a system: input feeding station, the XQZ-1600 grinding unit, conveying equipment and a discharge bunker – plus a built-in control centre for all electrics and electronics. Connect to power, drop off the input material, and seconds later the ground material starts flowing.
